Umberto Santamaria is an independent composer, music producer and poet based in Germany.
His music moves between Alternative Rock, Soul, Jazz, Deep House, Techno House and cinematic electronic soundscapes, often enriched with Mediterranean, Arabic and Balkan influences.
Before music became his main creative language, Umberto worked for many years in video production, camera work and post-production. This visual background still shapes his music today. Every track is approached like a scene, a memory, a place or an emotional journey.
His sound is built around atmosphere, identity and feeling: desert nights, Adriatic winds, distant cities, intimate voices, underground rooms and fragile human emotions.
